/signed I have long awaited a proposal like this, because i had the same idea for some time now. It takes like 1 month to be able to board a battleship, but it takes about 6 month to board a capital. That cap is too large IMHO.

If you got -5 or less. You may improve your standign with diplomacy though. I have killed Gallente almost all of my EVE time and i can still enter their space with a standing of -4.92 including skills.

Currently i can get 22 giant secure in my Archon: Iteron V with 3x cargo rig = 12 giant Wreathe = 2 giant corp hangar = 3 giant cargo with 7x T2 expander = 5x giant +1000 corp hangar +1000-2000 cargo ------------------- about 88000 m^3
